Thank you school board

Dear King and Queen County Public Schools Family,

I hope you will take the time to acknowledge the members of our School Board who serve as advocates for our children.  February 2022 has been designated as School board Appreciation Month.  We will be recognizing and honoring our School Board members at our meeting this Wednesday, February 16, at 7:00 P.M. and I would like to invite you to join me in showing them how much their service is appreciated.

These individuals play an intricate role in the improvement of our division.  As a School Board member, this form of public service is demanding of an individual’s personal time.  They spend countless hours working together for the betterment of our division.  Their dedication truly makes a difference.  It is their commitment to studying education and law that keeps us abreast of the current trends and changes as they occur impacting our division.

Please share your gratitude in some way for their time, dedication, and commitment to public education’s progression.  They make many difficult decisions greatly impacting our community.  School Board members listen to parents and community concerns ensuring our students receive a quality educational experience.  They help to instill the importance of working together – ONE TEAM, ONE MISSION, ONE FAMILY!

I would like to personally thank the King and Queen County School Board for their entrusted care and for placing the importance of a proper education experience for our children as the number one priority.
