Nondiscrimination Statement

King and Queen County Public Schools does not discriminate on the basis of sex, gender, race, color, national origin, disability, religion, ancestry, age, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law in its programs and activities, and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts of America, the Girl Scouts of the USA, and other designated youth groups.


Title IX Statement

Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs or activities receiving federal funds, including discrimination in employment and student admissions. All King and Queen County Public Schools students, applicants and employees are covered by this law.
