The West Point Ruritan Foundation graciously donated clothes and winter coats to KQES. Through their Ricky Sturtz Memorial Children’s Christmas Benefit, 35 of our students received donations. We are so grateful!



Lots of great things have been happening at KQES. Class Spelling Bee finalists participated in a schoolwide bee. Congratulations to our school finalists and winner. Staff spread holiday cheer by playing a few holiday games after school.




Pajama Day is a school spirit week favorite at KQES.
What's next? Winter Wonderland Wednesday! Dress as a snowman or wear white.

King and Queen Elementary staff and students dressed as their favorite holiday characters on the first day of Spirit Week. Tomorrow (12/13), staff and students may wear their favorite holiday pajamas for Polar Express Day.



KQES 5th and 6th graders enjoyed a wonderful visit from the CHS Theatre Group. They performed: A High School Carol: Three Snaps. The performance was wonderful!

KQES Holiday Spirit Week - December 12th - December 16th

Ms. Curle's kindergarten class became bears and penquins while comparing numbers using goldfish. Students did a great job demonstrating an understanding of greater than and less than.




Third grade students use Versatiles to complete multiplication problems.
