
The Book Fair is coming to KQES!


March is Women's History Month.


Good Afternoon King and Queen Community. Please make note of the following announcement, there has been a calendar change for this Friday, March 3rd; it has been changed to an early release day. All KQPS students will be dismissed from class at 1:00 PM. Again, this Friday, March 3rd student's will be dismissed at 1:00 PM. Thank you and have a great day.

VA Kindness Week 2023 at KQE! School Counseling lessons focused on KINDNESS. Students created a Kindness Tree by writing a note or drawing a picture on hearts that represent what kindness means to them. They were also recognized for their random acts of kindness by staff.

February 13th - 17th is Kindness Week. KQES invites all staff and students to participate in Spirit Week.


Last night, Dr. Carter, Division Superintendent, presented her proposed budget for the 2023-2024 school year to the King and Queen County School Board.

It's National School Counseling Week! KQES would like to say, "THANK YOU," to Ms. Holmes for doing such an amazing job.

The West Point Ruritan Foundation graciously donated clothes and winter coats to KQES. Through their Ricky Sturtz Memorial Children’s Christmas Benefit, 35 of our students received donations. We are so grateful!
