Some of our CHS AJROTC cadets left Sunday for a week long camp at Virginia Military Institute (VMI). Work hard, learn lots, stay cool and have fun!




This past weekend, the CHS Tigers competed in the state track competition. State Track meet. Janiya Brown placed 7th in Discus, 8th in Shot. Jadyn Nelson placed 8th in Long Jump. Amelia Moaney placed 5th in 300 hurdles. Way to go, Royal Tigers!






Hello Senior Families! Tomorrow is the Senior Breakfast and graduation practice. This event is only for seniors. The faculty has prepared breakfast and will give them various tokens before they rehearse for Friday's ceremony. Pracitce begins at 9am and is mandatory in order to participate in the ceremony. They will receive their tickets at the completion of practice. Graduation will be live streamed at 6pm on May 24, 2024.

The CHS Spring Band Concert is tonight at 7pm! Please plan on parking in the rear of the building and entering in the doors next to the auditorium. For safety purposes, all bags should be left in your vehilces to allow quick entry through the metal detectors. We look forward to seeing you here!

This is a reminder that King and Queen County Public Schools will dismiss at noon on, Friday, January 12th and will be closed for staff and students on Monday, January 15th.
King and Queen County Public Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay for Wednesday, January 10th to assess roads for flooding and downed trees. We will notify the school community by 8:00AM if a change of status is needed.
