King and Queen Elementary School's Family Art Night has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 13th from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
KQES students looked absolutely amazing for today's Vocabulary Day Parade. A few staff members even joined in the fun.

KQES students in grades 3-6 used over 300 yards of duct tape to tape Principal Harvey to a wall. This was a little incentive for students after working so hard on their benchmark tests.

Due to forecasted weather, King and Queen County Public Schools will be closing at 1:30 today.
It's GREEN ZONE time!!!! Congratulations to this month's Green Zone recipients. Teachers recognized students for their hard work, role model behaviors, and citizenship. Way to go Tigers! Your KQES family is beaming with Tiger Pride.

Dr. Carter and Mrs. Jordan visited 6th graders at KQES this morning. Students were so respectful and attentive as Dr. Carter read a book about ladybugs to them. Thanks for the visit!
Family Art Night at KQES
KQES PreK-3rd grade students enjoyed a special visit from members of the King and Queen County Farm Bureau. Farmers play such an important role both locally and nationally. Thank you for your time and generosity.
KQES students truly enjoyed author Ronnie Sidney's visit today. He shared his story, autographed students' books, and encouraged students to find their passion. What a wonderful experience.
